Using Open Ethnography requires payment of usage fees.

Payment Structure

Usage fees are charged monthly on a per-team basis.

Monthly Payment Rates

• Teams with 1-10 members: ¥6,600 (¥6,000 excluding tax)
• Teams with 11+ members: Number of members × ¥660 (¥600 excluding tax per member)

Payment Method and Timing

Payment is charged on the 1st of each month via credit card for the previous month's usage. Team size is calculated based on the highest number of members belonging to the team on any single day during that month.

Trial Period

From initial registration until the end of the following month, you can try all features during the trial period. No charges apply during the trial period. The above pricing takes effect after the trial period ends.
